Fish Biriyani

Required-1kg Basmati Rice, 1 kg Rohu Fish, 7 onion, Garlic-11 piece, Bay Leaves, 4 Elaichi, 4- Dalchini, 4-cloves, little ginger pieces, Ghee-4 tab spoon, 11 dried chillies,Haldi, oil and salt to taste.

Procedure- First grind ginger and garlic to a paste, In heated oil fry marinated fish with salt and turmeric, keep it aside. In the same oil put ginger garlic paste and chopped tomatoes and fry it a little put fried fish and mix it one more time and keep it out of the pan. In another kadai, heat a little oil, add bay leaves-2,Elaichi, Big-Elaichi, dalchini & cloves, Put chopped onions and stir a little till golden brown, Put the Semi Boiled Basmati rice add litle water and simmer it for 10 min, once the rice is well coocked, and masala fish into it and mix it properly and put Desi ghee a little on top and cover the lid for another 8 min, take it from the flame and keep aside and its ready to serve.
