Process and Systems are making us lazy.

Hello readers I am back again and I notice one thing which I want to share with you regarding something which my mind strike at once and I felt very unhappy. Do you know what was it, guess, it’s only a thought not a mountain.

One day while working in the office, I felt that our reception need a good sofa set, a nice couch, so that the outsiders should feel something good. Then I went to my Admin dept to send this proposal and in my admin I have a old man whoo looks into our accounts so he said everything will be of no use all your effort will be waste as to the company will never raise its costs and he also advised me to look for some other company for a job as to this company doesn’t listen to anything. This was his words, then I was depressed and I went to my place with a sad face. I had lots of plans which were to be implemented in the company and I had spend my precious time for that. I also feel a little bit unsecured and thought for a while for looking for a change. But I knew that the company is earning a lot and they can spend some money on employee entertainment.

Due to the word of mouth every body in the company were feeling unsecured and I found out that some people are making the things bad and they are old to the company and this leads to creating a hype in the organization about unsecured work.

As a MBA student done my specialization in HR I found something is going wrong and I had to stop it for the progress of the company. I observed that in the company the blue collar workers are working with dedicated attitude and we are also getting the fruit out of the work. But somewhere somehow there is a notion among the people that the company is in a bad condition and can dissolve any time but they don’t know the actual truth as we have a lots of projects and we are successfully generating the revenue. They feel unsecured because they have seen that they have not get the extra privileges and entertainment as in the other company.

At this point I do agree and I found out that the senior level peer are working full time dedicated to the work and they do not have time to look into the matter and the person who is into the admin part he is a old man he has to marry her daughters so he is only concentrated in his work and he felt somewhere in his maind that if the company will invest his money in these things then there can be a financial crisis and he always unsupported these thing which ARE REALLY NEEDED FOR AN ORGANISATION TO GROW.

I take out the fear from the mind I started implementing things in the place and employees feel good but for the initial time we face a financial crisis but as my director saw good things happening he take up the loss and told me to continue with the work.

My peer people who are old including the admin dept felt angry as to I ordered them as I was a HR manager but new to the company and the admin people are old in the company. They cant refuse me and I had implemented things in right places and within a month our company was looking like a corporate with a new face.

The admin people also like the change and then they also cooperate me. Meanwhile the client also find our company good and we start up with lots of project and lots of revenue come to us.

I have lots of other stories and I will continue with that….so be with me for the coming sequence…
