Dear friends, Rourkela is a famous town in orissa famous for the steel plant and for nice people with multicultural enviourment. here u will find more Non oriya people residing with their small buisness, beautifull places near to rourkela (RKL) are birmitrapur,jarikela, mandira dam, bhalu lata, Khanda Dhar, Deo jhar and many more.
People living in RKL are mostly depend on RSP which is known as rourkela steel plant. i personally visited steel plant and closely went through all the department from manufacturing,HR, sales and distribution it was really a nice experience. when i was doing my summer training from RSP under Marketing manager Mr. Ravi Banjare our topic of project was "marketing of secondary steel products".
rourkela is also famous as it is my home town and secondly i spent my whole 20 yrs timepassing with friends visiting most renouned place like madhuban, koel river, koel nagar. good place for time out in evening.
