Fish Curry

Ingredients:
1)Rohu Fish-500gm 2)Mustard Oil-250gm 3)Jeera- 1tbsp 4)mustard-1tbsp 5)Garlic-50gplate 6)ginger-50g 7)Bay leaves 8)salt

 Preparation:

Deep fry the marinated fish( marinated with salt and haldi kept for 10 min), take it out in a plate and keep aside. Now heat oil in kadai and put bay leaves and little chopped onions, when onions get golden brown, add grinded paste of ginger, garlic, posto,jeera, mustard (little) and green chillies 2- 3 piece, add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, kashmiri mirch powder. when the masala leaves oil, add fried potatoes and stir a little, and add water and boil it till potatoes get cooked, then add chopped tomates and simmer it, when the curry gets done, add fried fish and simmer it for next 10 min. fish curry is prepared, garnish it with chopped corriander leaves on top with rice. Mutton Biriyani

Required:-Mutton 2kg, Dehradun or Basmati Rice 1 Kg, Green Papaya- 500gm, Onion - 4 large, Garlic-2, Ginger, Curd-2 cups, Chilli powder-1 Tbps, Clove-10, lemon juice-2 tbps, milk-2 cups, Garam Masala-2 teaspoon,kesar-7 strings, Ghee-4 spoon, Corriander powder, Pudina leaver, salt and Turmeric.

Method:- Heat water in a big vessel, put,cloves, dalchini, bay leaf -1 and little salt for making biriyani. Put rice and semi cook the rice.

In another bowel, mix mutton pieces with papaya pieces.Take a big handi, put ghee and heat a little, put onions jullians into it,once golden brown take out and keep aside, put ghee again for the final preparation, put the mutton pieces and put all required griended masala into it and put little curd and mix well and simmer it. In another bowl put milk and put saffron strings. Once the mutton is little cooked, put 4 pudina leaves, lemon juice, milk with safron and little salt and mix well.

Once the mutton is well cooked, sim the flame and put the half boiled rice above it, cover the handi with a lid and ensure no gas come out by making a dough of aata and air tight the lid and simmer it, keep it for some time and u can add little warm water in the biryani if u feel it is needed for well cooking then add it. so its ready to be served.
